This is a trustworthy business. I have an old townhouse in downtown Frederick with an old tin roof. I asked Hartman Roofing to inspect the roof thinking I would need to replace it at some point. They are honest and said it's just fine. I've since used them for a chimney cap and also to fixed the gutters. Their prices are reasonable.
