After years of seeing different doctors who wanted to do invasive work or not actually look at less drastic ideas. Years of chiropractic work. I went and saw ally. I am not a massage guy I had exactly 1 before seeing her. I can tell you 100% if you have aches pain misalignment you will forever be greatful. I have no more pain my body is more aligned than it's ever been and it allows me to live my life as a better person. If you have an injury or tight muscles or a weird leg pain that seems not not leave di yourself a favor and at least go see her and see what happens. I found Aly after doing a Google search for myofascial and trigger point release in Frederick. I have been struggling with chronic issues from a 15 years old injury. Aly was quick to respond to my text so I could schedule an appointment. After a thorough review of my history, Aly explained the process she planned to use to help me. I was open to anything and willing to endure whatever I had to so I could get relief from my pain. It was definitely a process but it was worth it. I immediately felt better. Aly did a spectacular job bringing "real life" into our massage session. I feel comfortable coming away from the massage continuing the restoration that she started during our first session. I love her holistic approach to health and lifestyle. In addition to coming away feeling fresh and relaxed, I feel like I've been given practical and realistic advice to maintain my health!
