Easiest and best home buying / financing experience I've ever had. Ken, Preston, and Melonie made my experience very easy and enjoyable. Of course with every home loan comes the time where you're submitting endless amounts of documents, Ken and his team did a great job keeping us informed of everything they needed ahead of time which made it very easy. My dream team! Ken Liebegott, Preston Telford, Melanie Lowe...I am constantly amazed how they kick the ball of a real estate transaction into the end zone seemingly effortlessly every time for my client's! The honesty, integrity, and patience that is exhibited by Ken speaks volumes to his character and professionalism! My family & I were very unsatisfied with this company. The people working at the company, & the people I spoke to along the way. I would not recommend this company for buying your first home. As they expect you to know what it is that goes along with the process of buying your first home. Me, not being in the loan business knew that things were off but trusted their judgement as "it is their job" But in the end , we ended up very disappointed as we basically were lied to most of the time. Resulting in us wasting almost $1000 and about 2 months of our time. Overall, I guess it depends who you work with, as I've learned you can't trust everyone... read full review
