June 19 2024 Best locksmith in tristate area available 24-7 Matt was very professional, polite, no nonsense,came within 1/2 hour of my phone call, everything was made perfectly clear from the initial phone call, I liked the fact that he asked to see my drivers license before I was able to get in, I used them 2yrs ago it was his dad same great service l liked the fact that it has been run by the same family his grandfather of 90 years still enjoys the work actually asked if he could make a key right there free to make sure I had another key now fantastic to actually know that there are still real people out there who actually enjoy their jobs and are extremely... read full review

I would highly recommend Gene’s LOCK service to anyone in our County. I reached out to the service and as it was after hours, it rolled over to one of the Employees, Matt , And his private phone . He was very pleasant and took my information. As I told him it wasn’t a real emergency, he took all of my information and said that he would relate it to Amber in the main office and that she would contact me the next morning. Amber called me promptly the next morning and set up an appointment. As it turns out, MATT himself came and helped me with a major problem.
