Frederick Health Urgent Care (Urbana)

I have NEVER had a bad experience here! Incredibly quick and thorough. I am generally in and out within an hour. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable, answer all my questions, trust the patient to make decisions about their own health care, and always make sure I get a diagnosis. By far the best urgent care in the area! Dr. Vance is the best!

Excellent experience for possible cracked rib. Fantastic staff in order of appearance to me: Alicyn, Jason, Sean, Courtney & Ally. All were professional with a huge dose of kindness, patience & humor when needed. THANKS!

I don’t understand all the negative reviews. Tammy the receptionist was friendly and efficient (although I don’t understand having to write the same info over and over on the same form, but that’s not her fault), the admitting nurse (whose name I forget) was also friendly and empathetic, and Megan the NP was thorough and also empathetic. There were seven patients ahead of me and yet I was in and out of there in an hour (on a Saturday). My prescription was sent over to the pharmacy across the street before I walked out the door. I’m glad I’ve got such a great facility close by.
