Bad, bad, bad!! I had an appointment for 7:30 am and arrived before 7:15, the designated time to arrive for check in. Promptly checked in and was asked to have a seat. At 7:44 was told I would have a wait because I arrived late! I was told I arrived at 7:25 and that they had already taken back both 8 am appointments. I explained I arrived on time and was not late. She lied again and said that they didn’t get my paperwork in time and so they took the 8 am patients. I asked if it was 8am yet and she said no. Large, comfortable, newer facilities. Friendly receptionists. Caring techs for my DEXA bone scan. Changing rooms should have locks on the doors, though.

Each staff member at FMH Crestwood who assisted me with my ultrasound appointment was pleasant, focused, and efficient. The check-in process was a breeze. The ultrasound check was funny and made sure I could find my way out. Usually on medical appointments, your left to your own devices searching for an exit sign. My appointment was scheduled for 3:30 p.m. and I was out at 3:26 p.m.! Highly recommend for your imaging needs.
