have been dealing with the brick works for over 45 years. will always buy my masonry products from them. I remember when the trains would bring in materials at the old location on South St. And the kilns were still there. My father built his own brick house in 1958 and they delivered 9000 brick that had to be unloaded by hand with brick tongs. I did the Everedy Square project on East St in 1984 and used over 250,000 brick on walls and pavings that the Brick works supplied. They always were accomodating. I always enjoyed one of their delivery drivers named Hayes, a big guy that could unload your materials right where you needed it no matter what a pain in the butt it was for him! Thank you all. Best people ever. I called and asked for some concrete bolts and the lady that answered was knowledgeable and looking at computer say yes we have them I said I'll ride right over. I get a phone call some minutes later and she said when looking for them she could not find them. Saving me an hour ride customer service at its best I wish I could recall her name but what a wonderful surprise to find a caring employee... thanks

There's a woman that works at the counter don't remember her name have dealt with her couple of times in the last 3 years she is extremely knowledgeable friendly and knows her business they should be proud to her There definitely a top notch employee
