I used FCC after a hail storm which damaged the aluminum siding on my 56 year old house. Brian (the owner) helped walk me through the whole process and was available to speak to my insurance company representatives each time. He was not only there when they sent an inspector, but he walked around with that person to point out all the damage and then followed up multiple times. FCC did an outstanding job replacing all the siding on my house, and also added a house wrap and insulation. Work was done perfectly and Brian was always available by phone and text, with responses never taking more than a few minutes. It was a pleasure to work with First Call Contractors, particularly David Misinger. David is very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the process before filing the claim with the insurance company. He was always prompt in keeping me posted or responding to any concerns. I highly recommend this company. Love my new roof and siding.?
