I have never been a proponent of cosmetic surgery, however after years of heavy eyelids, bags under my eyes and a constant tired feeling I had two lengthy consultations with Dr. To, who changed my mind based on his approach and conservative style. Twenty days ago I had four procedures in the areas of my eyelids, brow and orbital region, and today the tapes and glue were removed. I cannot express how pleased I am with the results. The scarring is almost unnoticeable and the difference is remarkabl. My eyes are completely open and I literally feel like a new man!
