I chose to come to this salon because I had limited time in between activities during the day. Unfortunately, my experience wasn't the best. I was cut with the drill 2x while getting my previous gel polish removed. The technician who serviced me continued to work on my cuts without sanitizing or even letting it breathe. It's now 2 days later and the little cuts are still sore and uncomfortable. However, the final result of the polish and shape is very nice. Rushed services & overpriced for quality.

I needed a mani and toe polish change asap, all the other salons in the area were booked. They are located inside Walmart- Guilford Road. I was glad that they were able to do a walk in. The salon is very old, and needs a good make over. I was here before a while ago for a brow wax. The woman who did my nails, Hanna. Older woman with glasses. She was cool at first, I had a horrible mani from another salon, I had my nails dipped and it began to chip, so I needed a gel mani. I needed a toe polish change because it need a fresh coat, I didnt need a pedi. Heres what made Shelly not so happy. She asked if I needed a brow wax? I said no thanks, Im growing them out. She saids you really need one, they not good. Loudly! Like really lady? Like I couldve been, lady do you want my dentist's phone number? Like just ask me if I want one, if the answer is no, accept it and move on. For the record, Im growing them out, and I prefer threading over wax when it comes to my brows. This salon lacks professionalism. The woman with long orangy pony tail. Loud loud loud on a phone call, Arguing with someone on the phone, Im guessing it had to do with a customer who had issues with payment and was talking to their bank or something. At the same time tending to a customer. After the call, she began to rant loudly, to her co workers in her native language. A nail salon should be a place to relax and unwind. Although, my manicure and toes looked good, it hasnt chipped, I wont return. Dont get any waxing service either.

My nails have lasted over one month and they did the best job. I only place I'm gonna go back to would you believe it if it's at Walmart? It's at walmart places and she did a good job as for the owner
