We recently built a new home with Ryan Legacy Builders. They use CHS to lay the sod. Unfortunately the builder did not prep the land properly and very large rocks were left in multiple areas. Even though it was not prepped properly CHS still laid the sod and multiple places were laid directly over the large rocks which unfortunately has yielded poor results. I reached out to the builder who will not accept responsibility and then talked to the manager of CHS who informed me it is the builders job to remove rocks, prep the land etc. I asked if they knew the land was not prepped properly why our sod was still laid and why didn’t anyone contact the builder? Employees at this company are unprofessional. They blamed FO Day for moving their cones to the grass for the problem today. Apparently I drove in the wrong lane because of these cones being moved, and was yelled at and was belittled because they weren't watching what they were supposed to be. When I asked to see a supervisor there wasn't one to be found. Go figure cats away the mouse will play. Unsafe and unprofessional
