Mark has been absolutely helpful with all of the rented properties I have been at, also friends and family I have refered. The first place I ever used Mark's services was unfortunately infested with bedbugs. Thankfully I only started to move in, at first I was using the 90% alcohol to douse the carpets, corners, and creases of bed with, which only pushed em into a wood frame n chair I had. Mark was so experienced that he followed a blood trail and found out where they went!!! I was amazed!!! Regular service has greatly prevented bug issues and far as the rodent control budget bugs got us out of the mess if we follow the steps.Rodent control:Step One apply control measuresStep Two "on next paid service" redo step one and passably seal exterior entry points.Step Three "on next paid service" redo step one and then after all activity is done seal up entry points when possible

Awesome experience, incredibly kind human being. Adjusted pricing to suit our issues and needs, he was informative and so helpful. Will be contacting for any future issues. I took a shot in the dark and am so grateful I found Mark! (FYI the gutters got fixed today and we are working on other structural issues! Appreciate you so much!!)
