I have waited awhile to do this review because I needed to see if there is a remarkable difference with our electricity consumption with the new HVAC system.

Fast forward to 9 months after.
We are very happy and satisfied with the service and product we got from BPM. Our new HVAC system is not only energy efficient but it also kept our home cool in over 100・ weather in the summer and very comfortable in -8・ weather this winter and saved us about 40% of our old electric and oil expenses combined for many years.

Both Shaun and Michael were very professional and knowledgeable.
Diagnosed the problem quickly, ordered a part and installed a day later.
I had lots of questions and they were able to answer them all.
If you don't want a long read, this is the gist of it. You do not want anyone other than Rich and his team working on your heating/cooling needs. They're kind, courteous, respectful of property, extremely proficient, and professional. Do not bother looking elsewhere, the team you need is right at BPM
