BGE Home provided great service. Called for a quote on a water heater replace/install service and they called back right away and provided a discount as well. We were able to schedule next day and the tech that came out was able to come to do the repair early and on a weekend. The replacement of our water heater went smooth and quick. Couldn't be happier with the level of service. We initially had another very big regional repair service (M & S) out to diagnose and repair the old water heater. They provided almost no customer service compared to what we received from Steven at BGE Home. BGE Home is definitely first on my list next time for any plumbing repairs that we may need.
