Good work, but bad customer service2 days ago, our son had an appointment to get his dreads started. We weren't greeted when we walked in. We stated that he was there for his 6:30 appointment. The lady said ok, and made us wait. He didn't get in the chair until 8 o'clock. After his hair was washed and dried, she didn't start twisting it until 9 o'clock. The method that she used to twist his hair didnt seem like the best method considering his hair texture, but she's the professional so I didn't say anything. Thank you Kim for a great salon experience! I was just about fed up with my tired old hair routine and needed a fresh new look. Not only was the stylist attentive, but she made the atmosphere very welcoming! Highly recommend!

Best haircut I’ve gotten in a long time! Eric did an amazing job. Did everything I asked for and more! Highly recommend this place. The line up was perfect and he spent more time perfecting my hair than any other person did. I told him what I was looking for, the style/cut and he knew exactly what to do.
