B and B Air Conditioning are Great. I give them 5 Stars. They helped with a Heating Issue last season. Recently Noah and Eric came out and helped me with an AC issue. Diagnosed the Problem and fixed it within a half an hour. I endorse them 100% ,They also carry themselves in a respectful and professional manner. Thank You

I cannot tell you how amazing B&B is! My system was originally installed by Cumberland valley in Hagerstown. The heat in my system that cost 30k never worked well. They came out 7 times and always had a new reason even though it was under warranty. I finally got fed up with them and made one call to B&B and I am SO thankful I did. The technician spent so much time diagnosing my system. I finally had answers. They honored my Trane warranty and were so prompt. They ordered by new parts (circuit board, thermostat, gas inlet valve) and installed perfectly. This is the first winter during bitter cold that the heat actually works! Cole and Noah installed a humidifier and performed our winter ck on our Heating sysyem. They worked so quietly, hardly knew they were there. We are happy w their work and will request for them in the future.
