I noticed water under the kitchen sink. So I started calling plumbing companies to get someone to address the issue. From the moment I called, I received exemplary customer service. I requested same day service and was told I would hear back later. They called me back soon after and confirmed they would be able to come. I requested a call before they arrived which they did. Todd, the plumber, and his helper answered my questions in an honest way so that I immediately felt at ease with them. Through their answers and the information, I agreed to have the faucet replaced.
