We had a great experience with visiting the Frederick location. We usually drive over an hour out to the Westminster location because customer service has always been good out there however. DAVINA was nothing short of amazing. She put us at ease from start to finish. She helped my daughter pick out frames that was perfect for her. And she helped me pick out an amazing pair of MK glasses that I absolutely love and have gotten so many compliments on. She was very patient and kind and we had a blast working with DAVINA. I highly recommend working with Davina if you do stop by.

I was only going to do the exam because I was getting glasses from elsewhere. Thanks to Kevin's recommendation, I actually saved money by doing the 2 glasses for $79.99 deal. I only do the cheapest lenses anyway, so getting the glasses would be a good idea for backup.
Kevin was extremely helpful. He explained how it would be better to get the glasses to save me money, but he wasn't pushy. He left it up to me. He also explained what kind of information I would need to order my readers online, even though it was a different company.

What a fantastic experience! Start to finish I loved every part of getting new glasses !
I set my appointment and arrived on time and there was no waiting around, they were ready as promised!
I worked with Kevin who was friendly and kind. He let me know detailed information regarding my insurance coverage for me to get the most sensible option! No upselling, just honesty.
That immediately made me realize the hundreds of dollars I had paid previously in other businesses in town was not needed.
For this reason, plus the friendly service I received-I’ve found my new glasses place !
