I have some issues with tight muscles in my neck, back, and legs. Valerie's deep-tissue massages really help me with pain and free up my movement. She is quite knowledgeable about the various muscles in the body and how one muscle in one place can cause pain in a totally different place on the body. I also appreciate her reliability and the promptness of our appointments. I always feel and move so much better after our sessions.
