I have been a client of Valerie's for over 15 years! Her understanding of physiology along with her massage and PT skills make her a master therapist! Whether you need a REAL deep tissue massage or prefer a more spa-like experience. Valerie is bar none.

I have some issues with tight muscles in my neck, back, and legs. Valerie's deep-tissue massages really help me with pain and free up my movement. She is quite knowledgeable about the various muscles in the body and how one muscle in one place can cause pain in a totally different place on the body. I also appreciate her reliability and the promptness of our appointments. I always feel and move so much better after our sessions.
