Nice Lady!!!!! Wasn’t aware it was a private home!!!! To my surprise it was dark and spooky… Only one car in drive way no lights just darkness No porch light. With these days and time thank GOD for Law and Order and Cops.

Delana is very good with making sure that you are positioning your body correctly when you take her yoga class. Also, you'll feel like you have a brand new body when she gives you a Thai massage. I highly recommend her.

Great instructor! Delana creates such a warm and welcoming environment for all class participants, so you feel comfortable, especially if you’re fairly new to yoga like myself! Highly recommended!!!
