I have gone with my family to ATS since I can remember. Vicky is excellent. She charges based on your income so over time she does charge more which is my only reservation. Even though I am single payer and EZ form would be more than doable, I think it's money well spent to have a tax person who you can call and will advise you about tax info. When I bought a house, I just called to have the tax info forwarded to me because I am not that organized. When I moved and Maryland got confused and was like we don't have any tax info, I faxed her the forms and ATS took care of it. Best tax service, very professional, quick, and electronic deposit. Even after we moved to Texas, we come to visit and being our taxes with us. We were even able to do everything over email when travel was difficult. Vicki was/is always accommodating!
