This is an Update on my last Review, If you Applied for a refund advance, like I did, and was approved for less then the amount you applied for. PLEASE double check the fees they charged you, if you got anything less than $1000 you should not had been charged anything but a $69 processing fee. The fees they charged me, took my whole state refund. I am currently trying to get this resolved, I talked to my tax preparer here Colin, and he had no answers , nobody in the office could help, and Angela took the day off.

I have been using Bill and his team for the better part of 10 years now. I have never had a single complaint in that time frame. If you really want someone who knows what there doing or need proper advice regarding your accounting or taxes, look no further.

I am very satisfied with the service I received. I am glad I did not do my taxes on my own because I would have missed a lot of things that would have been to my benefit. During the process I had a lot of questions but my questions were all answered quickly and professionally. I plan to be back for many years to come.
