I recently contacted TSW based on its excellent reviews in order to address a pesky chimney leak that resulted in water spots on my ceiling. Brandon inspected my chimney, took pictures, explained in detail the areas that were vulnerable to leaks and the remedies needed. There was no hard sell and I was given several options. In the end, I agreed to follow Brandon's full recommendations and in a few days a two-man crew arrived at my home before 8:00 a.m. The repairs took almost two full days including the installation of chimney copper flashing and a copper crown. I cannot begin to say enough great things about Brandon and the entire TSW Roofing Solutions Team. From initial phone call requesting a site visit, estimating the scope of work, to final execution - absolute top notch service (remove/replace my flat roofs for entire house + all new gutters). Brandon at TSW is our go-to guy. Whenever we need some work done on the siding, flashing or roof of our home TSW is the first call we make. They keep things simple. They communicate, respond quickly, prioritize our needs, are honest with their assessments and offer fair pricing.
