Spinal stenosis had made it nearly impossible to walk more than a few steps at a time - and the pain associated with that effort was extreme. Monica, Sarah, and Kelly worked with me to develop a set of stretches and exercises to help overcome the symptoms and allow me to return to my normal activities. I'm extremely grateful for their patience and expertise and highly recommend this practice to those needing to overcome this type of challenge.
Due to a chronic medical condition, this is my third treatment program with FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers located in Forest Hill. All of the physical therapists, technicians & admin staff are the best! Very personable & totally professional. Their aim is to get me back to enjoying life and, for that, I am truly grateful. Monica realized I had a torn Achilles tendon and strongly suggested I get a MRI. I went to therapy for tendonitist only to find out I had a torn Achilles tendon. Thank you Monica for knowing your stuff.
