Forest Hill Health & Fitness is a welcoming and professional gym with a friendly staff. The trainers are knowledgeable, safety-oriented, and make working out fun. The gym has an excellent selection of free weights and machines, and the owners are super helpful, communicative, and organized. It's a great place for families, including those with special needs, and kids have a blast. Overall, it's an outstanding gym that's highly recommended.

Friendly staff, very welcoming, able to answer all my questions. the trainer, is great! Demonstrated the equipment, ensured proper form, and modified exercises as needed for me. He's a great resource, very knowledgeable and safety oriented - and actually made my work out fun! Highly recommend.

I cannot say better things about our experience there! They make things so easy for us. It has the perfect amount of time, the owners are super helpful, communicative, organized and most of all the kids had a blast. I highly recommend!

My new home gym away from home! Outstanding gym. The owner and the staff are welcoming and professional. Excellent selection of free weights and machines! Five stars across the board!!
