We had an amazing experience today. We woke up to our HVAC not working properly in our house slowly getting warmer and warmer. We called first response and literally they were here in 20 minutes because one of the technicians was working down the street! Bruce was simply amazing. He knew what the problem was immediately and was in and out within 35 minutes. They are reasonably priced and extremely knowledgeable!!
Showed up same day…was friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. I learned a lot and was not pressured into any unnecessary work. Was very impressed with Thomas, the technician. Did a thorough check of our system.
First Response installed our HVAC system and encouraged our participation in their ongoing maintenance program. Best decision we made. Their technicians are well trained, professional and courteous. Highly recommend First Response!
