A few days ago, I realized by car had become victim to the viral TikTok trend in regard to stealing Kias. However, whoever attempted to steal mine could not get it started, they just absolutely destroyed my steering column. I called Buzzy and explained the situation. He told me he is more than willing to come get my car but referred me to another towing company that was closer and therefore would be cheaper. On top of that, he had me send him a photo of the damage to the steering column so he could assess the damage to see if there was anyway to get the car started and avoid towing altogether. Then, when I called the towing company he recommended, they didn't pick up, so he called them himself to get ahold of them! Buzzy truly went above and beyond in more than one way for me.

Buzz is awesome!! He thought my Car needed a jump and tried doing that first and then recommend a great shop! He was awesome and fast! Totally recommend

Buzzy is the absolute best. He came to my rescue and towed my car after USAA and ten other tow companies all refused because they were scared to tow a high value vehicle because of the liability involved. Buzzy showed up and said it was no problem, he could pull my car out and do it without any damage, and 5 minutes later he did exactly as promised. If you need help, don't waste time calling around, just go straight to the best and call Buzzy. I highly recommend him, he's a true professional and has the experience to tackle jobs other tow companies are too scared to try.
