Beautiful arrangement and prompt service - they new the recipient and added her favorite flowers. Appreciated receiving a picture of the arrangement and a text when it was delivered since we are in another state. Recipients thought the flowers were beautiful too.

Ordered flowers over the phone for same day delivery. They sent me pictures of the flowers, plus got them to the delivery destination in a timely manner. The person who I dealt with on the phone was extremely friendly and professional.

I really liked a specific winter floral arrangement advertised online, but did not like its glass container; therefore I called and requested a basket instead. Lucy's Flowers delivered and texted me a picture. Thank you. The receiving family said the arrangement was beautiful.
