My initial experience started with Ms. Nicole who was so sweet and patient. She scheduled a start time and made sure the whole construction process went off smoothly with zero setbacks. Mr. Tony, had his guys coming out daily, working HARD. He provided progress pictures, communicated what was happening with each step and even did extra work that originally wasn’t apart of the contract. The workers were very respectful and considerate. They did an excellent job of cleaning up each day and hauling away the junk. I truly have zero complaints! I would use them again in a heart beat. I always received exceptional service from T&T NL Roofing. They replaced roofs on not only my investment residential rehab properties but my home as well. Tony will sit down and talk through options and his approach and make the best recommendations. The workmanship is top notch. A couple of the roofs they worked in had decks, which require skill. He was even careful working around my flower bed. I never felt like I'm was being taken advantage of. You will definitely be satisfied.
