“After 14 years Fridinger-Ritchie just performed a second water heater replacement for us. I called around for quotes but once again no one could beat their price. I called them on a Monday, described what I wanted, and they had someone here on Tuesday afternoon with the new water heater ready to do the work. Most other places wouldn't give me a quote over the phone, some wanting to charge me just to visit and provide a quote. There technician Paul did an excellent job, he was courteous, efficient, and very clean. I really have to give these guys 5 stars.“
