“Met with Curtis for an overview and estimate for installation of 2 storm doors. He was very friendly, thorough, and knowledgeable about their products. Install is promised for 3 - 4 weeks and I'm hoping they will stay with that schedule. I chose AirTite over another company based on that promise as well as their price, which was less than half of their competitor...UPDATE - When my storm doors were installed initially, one of the components was defective (NOT the fault of AirTite) and had to be reordered. The part came in and was installed today. EVERY ONE of AirTite employees that I've dealt with has been super friendly and knowledgeable!! I can't recommend this company highly enuff. “I used cobalt for a unique project in our garage. We converted a section into a kitchen for my custom sugar cookie business. Steve, Mike and the whole team were such a pleasure to work with. They communicated with me very frequently to make sure I knew what was going to be happening throughout the process. “We had problems getting our project started and there were very long delays with supply chain and rain delays which got to be very frustrating. BUT Adam worked with use and helped us get the project off the ground and once the work began the results were obvious. We did a new roof, siding, windows and doors and now people walk by our house and say it is the prettiest home in the neighborhood. Adam and his team made it right and worked some long hours including weekends to get our project completed. The delay in starting was unfortunate and communication could have been much better during that stage.
