After helping me navigate the Asurion process and clear everything off the phone for a replacement as per the Asurion policy, we realized that the phone had been fitted with an excellent screen protector(neither had detected it) and the phone wasn't broken at all! He suggested I try to cancel the claim and patiently waited while I got the agent to take care of it.
