We have used Mike on a number of occasions, twice for emergencies. Last Friday night we had a leak that required us to shut the water off. I called the Mike's emergency number at 10 pm and he phoned me back before 11 pm. He had Jake ( a great employee!) out at our country house by 8 am Saturday and the repairs were professionally completed in short order.

Superb experience -- they came quickly for an emergency; the technician was expert, communicative, and friendly; they did a very thorough job clearing a sewer backup and giving tips; and office communication was great.
The service work performed by Charlie was exceptional. Everything was explained clearly. Charlie made sure all surfaces were covered to prevent possible damage to flooring and he left the area in better condition than when he arrived.
I have used the services of Mikes plumbing several times in the past and have never been disappointed in the service or the technicians.
