They’re all warm, personable and that’s from the front desk with Amber (business manager) to all of the wonderful techs there (who keep me laughing and smiling) and that sweet bubbly doctor on staff. The treatment for a bad car accident has actually helped me tremendously. Although I’m Still in a little pain the process and treatment has been 100% beneficial. Would I recommend them? Absolutely, W/o hesitation!!!! The accident left me in a bad place mentally but thanks to this group, life after accident is looking up??“

“This is an excellent place to go for care. EVERYONE!! The front desk, side desk and doctor are exceptionally nice!!! They were all amazing, helpful, knowledgeable, kind and show they really care. I was having a bad day and in desperate need to see a neurologist. My appt was scheduled same day. From the time I walked in until the time I walked out the staff was awesome. Due to my condition, I got emotional at the check out desk and the 2 young ladies there were so comforting and uplifting, one even got up and brought me some water. They made me feel so much better. This was my 1st visit therefore it took approx 90 mins or less due to the new patient forms and evaluation. I am so pleased with the service that I look for to my follow up on August 14th. “A good Hospital with good Doctors.to name a couple Dr.Julie Rich is very professional and she displays her bed side manners by being very courteous,polite,and show her patients Love.Dr.Insel no longer there one of the best Cardiologist,he has worked with my Heart problem for years.Another caring Physician who shows concern and love for his patient's I wouldn't trade him for the World.Dr.Insel ,and Dr Rich are my most favorite go to Doctors.Lets keep the good Doctors,without them Good Sam's would be like the rest of the Hospitals in Baltimore City MD.“

“Excelsior’s physical therapy office on Merrit Boulevard offers professional and personal care. It’s obvious from the first visit that they know what they’re doing and truly care about their patients. Their main objective is to get you feeling better as soon as possible. I recommend them 100%!“

The facility itself is always kept clean and the security guards are so very helpful. Also my husbands nephew did or still does go there for outpatient therapy. I dont have anything negative to say. “My daughter was born with Cornelia De Lange syndrome. She was 37 years old. On 2-12-2024, She was brought in by Ambulance. She suffered a severe trauma to the right side of her Brain. She had 3 separate bleeds on her Brain. She also suffered a Heart attack while they were trying to incubate her. Her heart stopped for 10 minutes. They managed to bring her back, but she was in a coma and on Life support.My husband and I immediately flew to Baltimore to be with her. The ICU Nurses were All very kind and compassionate. Dr. DeBoer was extremely patient and explained everything to me in a kind and compassionate manner. My beautiful little girl passed away on 3-1-2024. My husband and I are heartbroken. She was only 37 years old. I just wanted to say that at the hardest time of my life, it truly helped to have a kind Doctor and Nursing Staff.“
