A representative of the company came out and inspected my roof and determined that the issue was not the roofing but rather 4 pipe collars had dry rotted and were cracked and leaking. “I've shopped around for a company to build my deck and patio for over a year and I have to say Maryland Deck Builders was the right company for the job. My project was not small by any means with a large deck, stone patio with a firepit and seating area. Nelson and team did a great job explaining the process, meeting with me multiple times to go over options and even during the project when we hit a snag with some of the stone colors with the distributer, Nelson came out to my house with alternatives to review with me.
