The staff at the Essex Middle River Veterinary Center is always so friendly, helpful, and professional. I have 1 cat and a dog. They are always so caring and take their time with you and your pet(s).
Buddy is always treated great at his appointments. The vet informs us of any issues or changes Buddy may have. My only problem is the cost of his Vet visit and the amount of time we have to wait for the final bill to be processed. Buddy is ready to leave the minute we get in the door and having to wait an extra 10 minutes or so for the bill just adds to his anxiety. The front desk employees along with all other employees are wonderful.
I switched to them due to closeness and it had been a great experience. The staff is wonderful. They listen, get back to you as soon as possible. Can and will contact you back even within the closed office hours. My dogs had had 3 surgeries here, with terrific results.
