Snow and Ice Management Contracting for Commercial Property. We are certified through the Accredited Snow Contractors Association. We are a Snow and Ice Management Association Member and hold their Advanced Snow Manager and Certified Snow Professional certification. We specialize in Ice Control with salt brine. Our liquid deicer increases ice melting ability with 1/3 the chloride content of rock salt, and greatly reduces stormwater contamination, corrosion, and property damage. We offer brine pre-treatment service. Liquid deicing is the future of the industry, and is recommended by MDOT & MDE. We also provide trenching and mini-excavator services for sub-contract to electrical, plumbing, and general contractors.
