I worked with Justin English on the proposal and subsequent quote on a replacement Heat Pump system from Trane. It was a competitive quote against an existing company that I was with for 16 years. We spoke many times over a week or so to make sure it was an apples to apples comparison. Justin worked hard to get the business and ultimately won the job. Two days later the 2 man crew arrived to do the replacement. Shane and Jake arrived on time, introduced themselves to me and I took them on a quick tour to show them their workspace both inside and out. Both young men were very professional and respectful in their interactions with me. They made sure if I had any questions that they would answer them. I really did my best to stay out of their way, only checking on their progress about twice over the approximately 8 hrs they were here. They finished with me learning a couple obvious things on the new thermostat and I did a walk around and everything was neat and orderly with no remaining trash. Their final comments to me were about what to expect next on a follow up appointment in about 2 weeks. Everyone I had contact with did a great job and were very professional-office staff also.
