I came to the store reporting a missing item. Both Orianna & Florence listened to me, reviewed the video footage until I realized that I did have the pants. Thank you ladies for validating my complaint and assisting me until I located my garment. This ZIPS location is amazing!

This is my favorite Zip Cleaners located 108 on Route 108 in Columbia Maryland the backside of Ellicott City next to jam eateries this is the one that I normally come to on my way home from work a month ago I needed some pants cleaned and pressed so I went to the one on Baltimore National Pike in Catonsville and I was not satisfied with their work my white linen pants were not as clean and bright as they come out here at the Ellicott City location I just picked up my dress pants and shirts and before she put them on the rack for me to look at them I could see how bright my pants were and my shirts were cleaned and pressed the way that I liked them so I will never go to... read full review

Soraya is my earth angel. With a smile, speed, and a bit of humor, she made my experience so truly special! I waited 6 months to bring in what seemed like endless bags of dry cleaning. She didn’t complain nor judge. She quickly processed my order and was who I got for pickup. She placed all my clothes on a clothing rack and carried them to my car and helped me place them inside. I will be back and refer everyone I know because of the unmatched customer service by Soraya! Thank you!!!!!!
