Water Heater Installation Repair in Ellicott City

“We have been customers of No-Frost since 1990.
Of course our "AC" stop working on one of the hottest weeks in July. I contacted Eileen @ No-Frost she had someone out immediately and diagnosed the coil as the broken part. She ordered the part and when it arrived and unboxed it was noticed that the coil had been damaged from the factory. Needless to say we were going nuts, especially with a new born in the house.
Eileen & Chad made numerous calls for us and were able to get us a new unit at a reduce cost.
We could not go another day in this heat and wait for parts again. They understood our concers and went out of their way to get us up & running the same day. We were kept updated every step of the process. They are just fantastic to work with. It was like Christmas when that air came on.

“Liz w. When you make a statement like you did about wreckless driving make sure that van doesn't have front and rear dash cams. It would be a shame if your video of you driving to prevent that van from changing lanes and speeding up and also tailgating on route 40 by the golf course and your ravens tag number be displayed along with the video. Don't be mad when someone on 4 th if July is working and going home and your just being a road pirate and an aggressive driver. If you thought that was true then you would have called Howard county police but you couldn't because you saw the camera after you passed the van and tried to run him off the road.
