My appointment service was excellent start with the front desk guy Mohammed he is very excellent customer service and patience. He help me a lot. The doctor was very kind and answer all my questions. Appt date 10/8/24 afternoon

I recently went to VisionWorks in Ellicott City for my eye exam and to purchase new glasses and sunglasses.
From the start everything was fantastic. I’m a giant baby when it comes to eye exams but the team handled me with care, understanding, and humor. Alexis, Teresa, and Janice each helped with different things from the exams to choosing lenses, to the final decision, they were there to help.
Highly recommend!
(Also they play awesome music, so the vibe was instantly awesome)

I have never had a better experience getting an eye exam and purchasing glasses than I did at this VisionWorks in Ellicott City. Alexis, Teresa, and Janice treated me like family from the moment I walked in. I’ve been to other VisionWorks and must say, I regret spending my time and energy in those other locations compared to the amazing team that runs this location. As someone who has worn glasses for 40 years plus, trust me, let Alexis, Teresa, Jessica, and Janice take care of your eye care needs. I would give 10 stars if possible! Absolutely fantastic experience!!
