“We bought a 2004 house without an inspection and later hired one to ensure there were no long-term issues. The inspector recommended a window well cover to cover an exposed drainage pipe and a window well pump to prevent dirt and leaves going in, but we couldn't find a suitable cover. In addition, we were also concerned about basement moisture level which required a dehumidifier to be running all the time and emptied daily. BB Waterproofing's Rob identified incorrect installation of the window well drainage and suspected past flooding due to insufficient drainage. He proposed a French drain, corrected the window drainage, and replaced a small basement drain opening near the basement walk out door.Rob's team (Hammie, Darwin, Paulo, Miguel, Chilo) was hardworking, communicative, and skilled, working from 9am to 5pm with only a lunch break. They preserved our pretty basement tiles by digging around them and installed a sleek new sump pump with a flush floor finish. They kept the property tidy and used negative pressure to prevent dust.Post-work, the basement is bone dry, no need for a window well cover, and no threat of drainage overflow. “Long Story Short: The experience from beginning w/ estimate, to the end of project, was a stellar experience! Will be my first call for future siding work.

Long Story Long: I needed trim replaced due to rot, and every company (5) would only give me an estimate for an entire trim/siding replacement (w/out paint included!). Jerry's didn't know this, yet told me the siding was perfectly fine and I just needed the trim replaced. Check.

They scheduled the project and showed up to complete even though I was out of town, which I appreciated. Cleaned up the work site and only minimal garden damage occurred which is impressive with a 3-story situation. Check Check.

When I reviewed the work, lines were clean, caulking around windows spot-on, AND they painted the trim?! Mind you, 5 companies told me this wasn't included, and Jerry's just did it without mentioning AND their estimate was significantly more affordable than every other estimate. Check mate.

I moved here from rural areas where contractors/home services valued their work and gave common-sense pricing, and have struggled to find that in companies in the DMV area. Jerry's is 1 of 2 companies I've found here that reflects those principles. Great job. They will be my first call when that siding needs a change ;)“

“Third time I've used CRI and cannot recommend them enough. First time, they did some work on the roof. Second time they fixed some loose aluminum siding and this time they installed new gutters on the whole house, downspouts in new locations, kick outs and splash guards. For the gutter install, Joe came out and walked the property and gave me suggestions for the locations of new downspouts (the new drain pipes were installed by a local landscaping company). Melissa, in the office, was able to schedule the job quickly and Jose and his assistant were on site 45 minutes EARLY (this, by the way, has happened every time CRI has come to the house for a morning job). Jose gave me an estimate for how long the job would take and he finished ahead of schedule. He cleaned up everything and then walked the property with a giant magnet to pick up any loose screws (I still double checked the driveway and patio with my own giant magnet because I've punctured too many tires after running over the screw that got away...).

“I cant say enough good things about Brent and his crew. I used his company to replace aging architectural shingles on our roof [required a tear down]. Brent came out, measured, contacted his suppliers and gave me a quote the same day...along with samples ;)The quote included tearing off the existing roof, putting down underlayment, new drip edging and flashing, a per sheet cost for any plywood needing replacement, and installing a the new roof. It was fast, painless and incredibly reasonable.We scheduled the work -- and two days prior to the work date, the shingles arrived and were placed on the roof. Then his crew appeared on the scheduled day ready to work...and did they work. Honestly these guys didnt stop all day. They tore off the old roof, put all the old shingles etc in the back of the dump truck, layed down the roofing paper, installed the drip edge, replaced flashing around the chimney, replaced 6 sheets of plywood, and put the new roof on IN ONE DAY.Folks this was not a small roof -- it was 42 squares.
