From the beginning, Steve was attentive and responsive. He offered the best price on the door we selected, and installation was timely and efficient. When an adjustment was needed, his people handled it quickly. I will definitely use Quality First in the future.

Highly recommend Steve and his team at Quality First. We had a Provia entry door with sidelight panels and storm door installed in spring 2024. The installation crew was very detailed and meticulous for the install and cleanup. Steve is prompt in follow up and scheduling.

I would highly recommend Quality First Services. Prior to deciding on Quality First Services for my windows, I met with two other window replacement companies. One was at least double the cost and the other was thousands more than the cost quoted by Quality First. Both were a bit high pressure offering "special" pricing only if you signed a contract that day.
