This is a go to location. It's seems larger than the other locations close to my house. The parking lot is pretty big with lots of spaces conveniently close to PF. I like that you can check on the app to see how crowded they are. I try to come during off peak hours. This morning g when I came it wasn't busy. I checked in a got to use all the equipment that I desired without waiting. 45 minutes.
I hope PF is paying the staff very well because they are so pleasant & helpful. I truly do feel welcome here & like I belong. I deducted 1 star because I signed up due to all the classes offered but after signing up, I found out the EC location does not have any fitness instructors for the classes. They did say I can go to any location for the classes for the time being though.
I've lived in the area all my life and I'm glad they finally found a permanent location! They're open 24hr which is great because I work 12pm-10pm and go after work. They've already got holiday hrs posted, which I love. The staff is helpful and kind, I'm always excited to go to my gym. The only thing is that they have SO MANY ellipticals, I would LOVE some striders. Similar to the ones at the Glen Burnie location.
