I was introduced to Barb of Nancy Adams Personnel by someone who had used her services a few times and was highly satisfied. I had a great experience too! At our first meeting, Barb was very thorough. She asked me the kind of company I would like to work for, the location, organizational culture, job position and so much more. She really cared about me being a good fit for the organization I was going to work for. In a short time, she got me an interview which led to a second interview and a job offer! Barb and her staff are PHENOMENAL!! I've had the pleasure of working with her and the team at Nancy Adams on two occasions. In both cases I was impressed by the quick, thorough handling of my job search and her earnest interest in placing me in a position that suited not only my skill set but also my personality and desire for company culture. I can't speak highly enough about my experience and Nancy Adams Personnel is the first name on my lips when friends ask for staffing agency recommendations.
