I am very grateful for the care and attention given to my Lab, Sophie. She had a problem that was last minute and my regular vet could not fit her in for several days despite the fact that I was a long time customer of theirs. Howard County Animal Hospital fit us in easily and then ended up having to do emergency surgery the next day. They were very kind to my pet and took the time to explain everything carefully and completely. They also showed great compassion to her throughout. I have always been happy with my original vet, but I was so impressed with their care that I have decided to continue using their services. Thanks for all you do for animals!!
They're quick, and compassionate. I can tell that the people that work there love animals. I never have trouble getting an appointment pretty quickly. And, the people there are nice and responsive. They send me reminders, which I appreciate!
Quickly responded to my request for a same day appointment. Treated my cat with genuine concern and kindness. Determined the cause of his symptoms and promptly resolved his issues.
