As I was about to leave, he said "let me check one thing", and took my phone to the back. In 2 minutes he lets my know the port was just dirty, and he cleaned it.He said no charge, but of course I insisted he let me pay. Excellent service, and quickly earned my trust!“

I went to the Apple genius bar in Columbia on Monday where they tried to convince me to buy a new Mac because my late 2013 15" machine is considered "vintage."
