Edit my review - after i posted the below the owner reached out and apologized and expressed her apologies, this is the Med Soa I know and love.

The service I have received over the past 6 months have been great BUT this review is to call out the terrible customer service I just experienced. Early this week I called to cancel an appointment and the receptionist asked if I would want to reschedule and I agreed.
I showed up at 4:10 for a 4:15 appointment, at 4:27 the receptionist told me that my appointment was at 3:00, not 4:15.

I love Annalise!! She takes her time to get to know her patients. She is up to date on all the new treatments and really cares about her patients. As for the office. They do not call their patients back nor answer emails.
