As a long time patient, I have been disappointed with their service and pricing since they moved to Normandy Shopping plaza. They need better customer service and their selection is overpriced. It's a matter of time before they go out of business, compared with cheaper National retailers.
Two stars because during the exam everything was great, staff professional and courteous. At the end we were picking out glasses. My son was making small talk and mentioned he had just gotten over COVID and it was like a switch flipped. The staff became standoffish. He had isolated and quarantined at home per CDC guidelines. His quarantine period was over, he was masked, he is vaccinated, his symptoms have resolved. I pointed this out and was asked to leave and come back in a few days to get out glasses. Don't worry, we won't be back.
I made my appointment a couple of weeks ago and no one mentioned that they'd moved. Imagine my surprise when I happened to walk by and the place was totally empty. No new address on the door. I had to call to find out where they'd moved to. You might want to change the address on your website. Other than that, I have no complaints. See you soon.
